Done — shipped to production.

PR #219 merged to main, promoted main → master (Railway 074b974 → aaffb08, clean fast-forward, no migration). Both services redeployed and verified healthy (/public/card returns real data; frontend landing/login 200).

What changed

Gambit HQ (/hq/*) is now the web app: /dashboard redirects to /hq, so every login-landing and "Dashboard" link flows into HQ.
The classic dashboard is parked at /classic as a transitional escape hatch (remove once HQ is bedded in).
Frontend-only; reuses the existing backend unchanged.

Review fixes folded in before merge

Sales profit/margin was overstated on qty>1 sales (per-unit cost vs line-total revenue) — now line-total cost.
Item-drawer Condition is a canonical dropdown (was free text that could mis-trigger the #334 reprice).
Inventory pagination no longer silently truncates at ~6,300 rows.
