Merged from #520, #530, #522 (all reported by @rudy_tajalle, 2026-08-29/30).
Lab PR #41 (feat: add inventory archive flow, branch feature/inventory-archive) replaces the web/mobile hard-delete controls with "Remove from inventory": reason, effective date, quantity, optional note, outside-sale amount/channel; protects reserved copies; excludes unverified outside sales from Gambit Market Value; adds archived-inventory history screens on web and mobile. It is front-end only.
